KGB Bears Introduction

KGB Bears is a quirky spy-themed slot inspired by the Cold War and created by The Games Company. However, there’s a little twist to this war and spy theme: the spies are cuddly bears! KGB Bears is another comical release from The Games Company, featuring great design, lots of detail, and great features which make the game very engaging to play.

KGB Bears is made up of five reels, three rows, and a big total of 50 fixed paylines. Wilds, scatters, as well as a special free spins feature with a multiplier are all to be found in KGB Bears. In addition, KGB Bears is a medium to high volatility slot.

KGB Bears Game Features

Join the cuddly bears and start spinning the reels with bets ranging from a minimum of £ 0.1 to a maximum total bet of £ 100 per spin. On the reels, you’ll meet the main KGB spies, a couple of bears dressed in fancy furs, long coats, and hats. The four spies are the high paying symbols whilst the six playing card symbols represent the low value symbols.

There are also two special symbols in KGB Bears; the wild and the scatter. The scatter is represented by a camera whilst the wild is the KGB Crest. The wild symbol substitutes all symbols except for the scatters.

KGB Bears Free Spins and bonuses

Three or more camera scatters landing anywhere on the reels will trigger the KGB Bears free spins! The number of free spins awarded as well as the multiplier that will be applied to any wins during the free spins will be shown next to the reels.

KGB Bears Payouts

In KGB Bears, all four of the high paying symbols earn you prizes for matching two to six symbols on a payline. The highest paying spy is the bear in the trench coat and hat, paying between 0.6x and 10x your bet.  Next is the brown bear with a little hat, worth 0.3x your bet for two symbols, 0.6x for three, and 1.6x your bet for five matching symbols. The bear with the white furs then pays 0.2x your bet for two symbols, 0.4x for three, and 1.2x your bet for five matching symbols on a line. Finally, the bear with the glasses will pay 0.1x your bet for two symbols, 0.3x for three symbols, and a top prize of 1x your bet for five symbols.

The six playing card symbols are the lowest paying ones in KGB Bears, and these pay for three to five matching symbols on a line. The A symbols pays the most with prizes ranging from 0.2x to 0.6x your bet, followed by the K symbols which pays between 0.16x to 0.4x your bet. The Q and the J symbols pay prizes ranging from 0.08x your bet to 0.24x your bet, whilst the 10 and 9 symbols pay anywhere from 0.04x to 0.16x your bet.

KGB Bears Graphics and Sound

KGB Bears is a brilliantly designed slot with unique artwork and impressively detailed symbols. The four KGB spies are designed to have a unique character of their own, brought out by their expressions and costumes. The playing card symbols are also designed to fit the theme with several scenes like trains, human spies, and images inspired by the Cold War.

Behind the reels, you can see the silhouettes of some of the KGB spies, standing eerily in the fog clouding the ominously red landscape. KGB Bears effectively creates an aura of mystery, tension, and secrecy, but all with a touch of humour and a tongue-in-cheek approach.

On the left side of the reels, you can see the free spins meter which spins every time you spin the reels. On the right you’ll find the KGB Bears logo and underneath the reels, you’ll find all the controls you need to customise your spy mission, including the bet settings, access to the paytable, and the Autoplay option.

KGB Bears Conclusion

KGB Bears is another original creation from The Games Company, putting an unexpected twist on the popular spy and war theme. The free spins meter with a random win multiplier also creates a lot of anticipation on the reels as you watch the meter spin. The graphics and the sound effects match the theme perfectly, and overall, KGB Bears is a very entertaining slot to play that also offers something a bit different and unique!
